Puzzle voucher questions

When you send a puzzle voucher, the recipient will receive an email with a unique discount code. They can use this code to design their own custom puzzle with an image of their choice. You can schedule delivery of the email (birthday, holidays, etc.) and add a personalized note.

The voucher has a fixed value based on the puzzle size you selected. The recipient can apply this value to any puzzle on our site, but they may need to pay the difference for larger puzzles or optional add-ons.

Puzzle vouchers are valid for one year from the date they are sent to your recipient.

Our rule of thumb is that each person can solve about 100 pieces per hour. So for example, two people working on a 1000-piece puzzle would likely enjoy around 5 hours of quality puzzle time together.

How long does shipping take?

Puzzles ship around 6-7 days after purchase and arrive around day 10. Add 2-4 days during December. You'll get a tracking number via email once your order ships. Expect longer shipping times for Hawaii and Alaska.

Our facility is based in Colorado, USA and we ship to continental USA, Hawaii, and Canada.

We are actively working to also open facilities in Europe and in Canada.

Yes! We know how frustrating it can be to find a great deal, only to be hit with high shipping costs at checkout. That's why we offer free shipping on all contiguous USA orders and on multi-puzzle orders to Canada.

What are the benefits of doing puzzles?

Puzzles improve memory, enhance problem-solving skills, reduce stress, and increase dopamine production. One of the biggest advantages about jigsaw puzzles is that they're good for any age; jigsaw puzzles help build cognitive function when we're young, and continue maintain it as we grow older.

Do you use a matte or glossy finish?

Our puzzles feature a durable semi-matte finish on a solid 1.9mm chipboard (the same as other premium puzzles). Perfect for puzzling in any environment.

Can you send mine without a receipt?

Absolutely. Since our puzzles are often given as gifts, our packing slips don't show prices on them.

How thick are your puzzle pieces?

To ensure nice lock on placement, our puzzles are made of 0.075 inch / 1.9mm thick chipboard (the same material as other premium puzzles). Our prints feature a durable semi-matte finish.

Can I put my logo on the puzzle box instead?

Yes, replace our logo with yours using our self-serve customizer (a small Puzzery notice remains on the side; shipping boxes are unbranded). We only offer fully white-label puzzles for large orders.
