I searched for a reputable company prior to ordering and Puzzery was suggested over and over. I have now ordered 5 different puzzles and they’ve all turned out perfectly! The process is simple, the shipping is fast and the puzzle itself is awesome! The pieces are cut nicely and they fit together really well! The boxes are so nice also displaying the puzzle on the front with a personalized message if desired! Will definitely be using you again! Thank you!
I ordered a couple custom puzzles for my Mom's birthday. I've never had a custom puzzle made before so I spent a fair bit of time researching where to get one. The positive reviews were what sold me on using Puzzery. Throughout the order process it became clear why people were so happy with the product. Clearly the people at Puzzery are dedicated to keeping their customers informed on the process and delivering a quality product. Their communications were super helpful, and when the puzzles arrived they looked great. The pieces are firm, snap together well, and the print/image quality looks great. I'll be coming back to Puzzery again for sure!
The puzzle is good quality and it was so fun to do! I got it for my partner as a gift and he loved it! I thought my order had been lost and customer service was so awesome and helpful and sent me a replacement immediately! My original one ended up showing up, and they let me keep the replacement puzzle they sent too! Awesome experience all around!!!
I ordered a custom puzzle from here with one of my girlfriend's art pieces as a gift and I couldn't be happier! The resolution was great and there were circular cuts which was also pretty cool. Definitely recommend these guys if you're looking to get a custom puzzle yourself!
My grandchildren and a cousin worked on a painting together on a random old cardboard that I had lying around. Since they love puzzles, I was just going to cut the cardboard up in squares and have them put it back together, but they didn't want me to cut their painting up....so then I started to look at custom puzzle makers and read reviews. Puzzery.com had a review that I was looking for, the pieces actually snap & stay together. Sturdy material, glossy cover. Arrived beautifully packaged. My son approved of the quality. I am now ordering a duplicate for the cousin that worked on the painting with them. The turnaround time was exceptional. I ordered on October 2 and it arrived on October 10. Thank you Puzzery.com, your puzzle has been a total hit; not just with my grandchildren, but with their parents as well. I’m thinking of creating a collage with photos of them and converting that collage into a puzzle. Possibilities are endless.

Great Valentine's gift! From the get go, the customer support was wonderful and very quick (I was asking if my picture would be good for a 1000 piece order). It was shipped and came within the timeframe. The puzzle is great quality and the image is as well, the piece are varied so it's not like you have the same 3 shapes a bunch of time. My only issues (and why it's a 4 and not a 5, but definitely closer to a 5 than a 4) is that the picture on the box and the ref image in the QR code is the full picture WITHOUT the cropping that the actual puzzle has, so it was a bit tricky to put the edges together. And for some reason we got an extra puzzle piece lol. Other than that (which honestly is very minimal), the custom puzzle is wonderful!! Would absolutely recommend it.
Drawing came out as expected, variety of puzzle pieces and quality is great!

We like very much the 1000 pieces, as you can see the picture, the colors are really beautiful!!! But my son received only one box of the 1000 pieces, not the two I ordered? We received two of the 250 pieces.
Thanks to Puzzery I was able to gift my partner’s mom a puzzle of her favorite barn from childhood family farm! We enjoyed doing the puzzle together so much. The pieces have a great quality feel to them, fit together nice and snug, and the printing quality was wonderfully sharp. I’m a professional photographer so it meant a lot to me that the photograph was well represented on the puzzle! I also appreciated the interesting shapes that made up some of the pieces. Overall, our Puzzery puzzle was such a fun and satisfying experience! It might even be my favorite puzzle I’ve ever done based on the quality tactile experience. I want to add a special thank you and appreciation for Puzzery’s customer service team as well! I reached out too quickly when I thought we were missing some pieces, and Jordan was so prompt in getting back to me and resolving the issue that they went above and beyond faster than we found the missing pieces! And even though the issue resolved itself and it was my bad, I can see how much this team cares about customer satisfaction. They took great care of us, and did so in a very friendly and responsive manner. They will be my custom puzzle maker of choice forever!
I ordered my puzzle and then second guessed whether the photo quality would be high enough, so I reached out by email and received a response quickly, I think it was even the owner who responded. Fortunately the image was high enough resolution for the 1,000 piece size. After a busy summer I just completed my puzzle and am very happy with it. I am a wildlife photographer and it’s very cool to see my work in this format. Will be ordering again!
Such a fun activity! The ordering process was simple, and the product arrived within the estimated timeframe. The box came with a reference poster, and the puzzle pieces themselves had some unique shapes. Quality is great. Highly recommend!
I'm probably more of a 4.5/5, but rounding up for an overall good experience. I ordered a 1000 pc puzzle for my husband for Christmas. It was a collage of some of his favorite books, and as such, there was a lot of color and a lot of small details/type. The puzzle came quickly, and I am VERY impressed with the quality - thick pieces, fit together well, and the print quality is excellent. I am disappointed that it printed crooked and cropped unexpectedly. I added a light wood-toned border around the collage to account for cropping, and in the preview it looked fine. However, the printed puzzle cropped the sides more than expected, and the whole puzzle itself was printed slightly crooked, so the top/bottom border is slanted and everything looks a bit off. It's not a huge deal and we still really enjoyed doing the puzzle and I would order from this company again, but it is something that's pretty noticeable in my opinion.
Someone suggested my photo would make a good jigsaw puzzle. I like having a puzzle that is also our family's memory.

He recorded a personalized video walking me through exactly what I needed to do to get the results I was looking for. That level of service is incredibly rare and made the entire process so easy. Shipping was fast, and I really appreciated that the puzzle arrived in an eco-friendly box. Although we haven’t put the puzzle together yet because we’re raffling it off at our local community puzzle swap, I was immediately impressed by the quality. The pieces feel sturdy and well-made, and the image printing looks crisp and vibrant. Based on this experience alone, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Puzzery again. This was a wonderful experience! I had a custom puzzle I wanted in time for Christmas of my sister's dog and it turned out amazing! My sister opened it up on Christmas morning and gasped when she saw it. She was absolutely delighted to see her favorite dog made into a puzzle. Wow! What an amazing product! We sent in a homemade colored pencil project to try making a custom puzzle. We had no idea how it would turn out and wow it surpassed all of our expectations! The response time was very quick and the folks at Puzzery were great to work with, even helping to problem solve for future projects too! This was hours of glorious fun. Texture of the pieces was really nice. The puzzle was well put together and there were some unique piece designs in there as well. Would highly highly recommend and will be using Puzzery again in the near future!

We got this puzzle for my mom for Christmas. She's very particular about her puzzles, and what she likes, so I was a little nervous ordering one, in case she wouldn't like it. Luckily, She was a fan. Everything was great, the pieces were just a bit small for her. The picture on the box showed more than what the actual puzzle product was-the puzzle had been cropped down just a bit, but the reference image didn't reflect the cropping. I do wish a reference image/poster was included. The company advertises "screen free fun" but then prompts you to scan the qr code to pull up the reference image-the one on the box is printed so small, it's hard to see. So really, having to look at my screen to do the puzzle doesn't actually make it a screen free activity. The qr code was also placed on top of the picture on the box, so if you did want to try and do it without pulling up the reference image on a screen, the qr code is covering up a small section of the image, where there is a significant amount of white space on the box. If they wont make the picture bigger, they could at least use that extra white space and not cover the picture with the qr code. That being said, the quality of the puzzle itself is fantastic. I love that all the pieces are different sizes. It's easy to tell if two pieces don't go together-they simply don't fit together, which makes it far less frustrating than some other puzzles that have their pieces all the same shape and size.
I've ordered from Puzzery in the past. I didn't realize the manufacturer had changed until I received these boxes. I haven't built any of the puzzles myself (intended as gifts, just like last time I ordered), but the quality still seems great. I like the smaller box size better this time around! That said, for a puzzle with "screen-free fun" stamped on the lid, I would not have expected to use a QR code to see the reference image! Knocked off a star because I wish the reference image was printed and included. I will likely need to print one myself before gifting. Also, as a neutral note, my in-laws expressed how much they loved the numbers stamped on the back last year that helped them work on the puzzle in sections. I noticed those were gone this year. Not sure if those can be brought back? Overall, great puzzle at a great price! Will *absolutely* buy from Puzzery again and I've already recommended to several family members and friends.

Wanted to give an updated review from June 2025 since it was hard for me to find recent reviews. Just got it in the mail today and here are some things I like and don’t. Quality seems really decent and the pieces seem fair and sturdy. I also really like that they varied in the types of puzzle pieces (there were like 5 types)! My biggest problem is with the box, unfortunately it is very loose and opens very easily so I will have to tape it or include a ribbon when I gift it. The box also feels quite thin and flimsy ( I thought it was be on a canvas like box like their other reviews or a magnetic close box I saw on their tagged on instagram). It’s a really perfect gift I just really wish the quality of the box was better- I’m considering buying another box off amazon. I’m super excited to gift it though regardless!
Lost a bet I lost a bet with my sister and had to buy her a 1000 piece puzzle of me as a kid. Reddit sent me here for a good puzzle, because despite being a loser I wasn’t going to cheap out on the puzzle. (Truth be told though the price was good.) Anyway, the puzzle came as expected. My sister says it was delightful: nice thick pieces and a solid fit. She did say that a few false fits were possible, but that overall it was great. And apparently the puzzle comes with a nice poster of the image on the puzzle. Because I REALLY wanted my sister to have that too. Anyway, I’ll add a picture of the completed puzzle to complete my penance for losing the bet.
Ordered 3 custom puzzles and they all turned our fantastic. I've tried a few different sources for custom puzzles in the past, but I believe I've found the one I'll use every time from now on.

The quality of the puzzle I ordered is fantastic! I was very impressed with how quickly things went from my online order submission to the time I was building the puzzle at home.
