Yes, we can ship puzzles to individual recipients across the US. This requires a manual order process, so please contact us directly instead of using the website checkout. We're also developing a self-serve option for this feature soon!

Yes, as long as you hit the minimum puzzle requirement, then the discount code will be automatically applied at checkout. Make your own bundles! Puzzle vouchers are not including in the cart minimums.

Puzzles arrive around 10 days after purchase in the US (14 days for Canada). Expect 2-4 additional days during holidays or the December rush. All orders include tracking, and you'll receive email updates when your puzzles are shipped.

Yes! We know how frustrating it can be to find a great deal, only to be hit with high shipping costs at checkout. That's why we offer free shipping on all US orders and on multi-puzzle orders to Canada.

Absolutely. Since our puzzles are often given as gifts, our packing slips don't show prices on them.

Yes. Be sure to add your email at checkout, and you'll recieve an email when the order has been marked as delivered. You can also add a custom note during the puzzle design process, if you want to make sure folks know who sent the puzzle.

Our rule of thumb is that each person can solve about 100 pieces per hour. So for example, two people working on a 1000-piece puzzle would likely enjoy around 5 hours of quality puzzle time together.
